Admissions Procedure & Requirements

Admissions are open throughout the year depending on availability.

Admissions Procedure (for families in Mexico)

  1. Contact us for information about fees and to book a tour.
  2. Make an appointment for your child’s evaluation.
  3. Submit the required documentation to our Admission Department.
  4. Your child will complete his/her evaluation in school.
  5. You will receive feedback of the evaluation within five working days.

Admissions Procedure (for families living overseas)

  1. Contact us for information about fees.
  2. Provide contact details of the Head of School at your child’s current school.
  3. Submit the required documentation to our Admission Department.
  4. Your child will complete the Winpenny evaluation in his/her current school.
  5. You will receive feedback of the evaluation within five working days.

Required Documentation for Application

  • Copy of your child’s transcript and his/her most recent grades.
  • Letter of good behaviour from your child’s current school.
  • Completed recommendation form sent directly from your child’s current school.

Placement

Children will be placed based on their age on 31st December of the year when they enter school. For example, a child who would have their 6th birthday in December 2019 would be able to start Grade 1 in August 2019. If appropriate, prior schooling will be taken into consideration.
